Meg believes in the power of communication to drive positive social and environmental change. She loves working with people who are committed to a collective goal - climate justice.

Hannah Sharp
Head of Development & Fundraising (she/her)
Hannah is an urban nature enthusiast, who’s passionate about how we connect with nature to learn and heal. She’s also an experienced fundraiser for youth and education and is motivated by her interests in re-thinking funding for climate justice in a way that challenges traditional philanthropy.

Amritan Singh Walia
Chief Operating Officer (he/him)
Amritan has a passion for equity which he feels starts with changes to the systems in which we operate. He believes that climate is at the forefront of this and how we should focus on changing our systemic habits.

Janine Walker
Comms & Social Media Lead (she/her)
Janine’s travels have given her a deep appreciation for the Earth and the people inhabiting it. She is driven to do more to make sure that future generations are able to see and enjoy the same beauty of the world around us.

Clover Hogan
Founder (she/her)
Climate activist, researcher on climate anxiety and Founder of Force of Nature. Clover has taken the stage with corporate giants and delivered a TED talk viewed over 1 million times. After over 5 years dedicated to this organisation, Clover transitioned out of her role as Executive Director in 2024. She will always be an integral part of our community and continues to support Force of Nature in an advisory capacity.

Hannah Hooper
Head of Programmes (she/her)
Hannah is a climate activist and nature enthusiast, with a passion for the connection between the natural world and restoring physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Rachel Keane
Partnerships Lead (she/her)
After finishing an International Relations and Modern History degree, Rachel realised that the only thing she could imagine herself doing is working to protect the environment and supporting those already on the front lines.

Community Lead (she/her)
Nadia is an impact-driven problem-solver, multidisciplinary designer and community builder dedicated to orchestrating impactful education and creative programs. She is passionate about empowering disadvantaged communities and individuals.

Fred Marule

A community-led development advocate, climate & social justice activist, Member of the Uganda Red Cross & founding Executive Director of the Maru Action Development Foundation in Kasese, Western Uganda.
Fred’s a member of the Force of Nature community, a graduate of the Consultant & Facilitator trainings and a climate café host.

Mitzi Jonelle Tan
(she/they)
A full-time climate justice activist based in Metro Manila, Philippines. She is the convenor and international spokesperson of Youth Advocates for Climate Action Philippines (YACAP), the Fridays For Future (FFF) of the Philippines. She is also an organiser with FFF International and FFF MAPA (Most Affected Peoples and Areas) making sure that voices from the Global South are heard, amplified, and given space.

Samia Dumbuya
(she/they)
Samia is a climate justice advocate and educator, supporting young people and marginalised communities to understand the climate crisis and how it affects them. She supports communities to develop co-designed tools to increase climate resilience and centre people, community and sustainability in their work.

Daphne Frias
(she/her)
An activist and unapologetic Latina dedicated to showcasing the diversity of her community. Daphne has Cerebral Palsy and uses a wheelchair to ambulate. She’s a fiercely proud champion for disabled people. She also steered the enactment of over 15 statewide laws fortifying defences against gun violence as the New York State Director for March For Our Lives.

Jazmeen Isa Qureshi
(they/she)
An interdisciplinary ecologist, marine biologist, journalist, writer, experienced facilitator, academic researcher, activist and award winning poet. They are currently pursuing a PhD at the Global Sustainability Institute at ARU, as part of the CAM-DTP programme.
Their research (and a core of her other work) centres "Queering Ecology"; which includes "Critical Ecology", working within decolonising conservation and ecology, and understanding Indigenous and ancestral teachings on regenerative ecology and queer theory, and her own work "Queering" Ecology (workshops, research, etc.).

Jaiden Corfield
(he/him)
An activist turned social entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the social impact sector. Jaiden has worked alongside some of the world’s largest organisations and institutions to create and sustain positive change across education, philanthropy and policy. From building radical schools that nurture to championing bold and disruptive funds that re-invent philanthropy, Jaiden believes strongly in the need to continuously innovate and push boundaries.

Charmian Love
(she/her)
Char is a fiercely determined optimist and her areas of focus include regenerative business and systems change. She is the Global Ambassador at Natura and leads International Advocacy, focusing on joining forces with others to accelerate shifts in structural and cultural systems.
Char joined Force of Nature because she believes meaningful intergenerational dialogue has the power to unlock solutions to the most pressing challenges facing people and the planet. She has experienced the impact of Force of Nature first hand by bringing the resources and tools created by the team into her kids' classrooms and her workplaces.

Lisa Smith
(she/her)
Lisa is Fundraising and Partnerships Lead at 2x Global. Prior to joining 2x, Lisa served as the Senior Director of Philanthropy at the Grameen Foundation.
Previous roles have included: Director of Development at the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH), Director of the Leaders’ Quest Foundation, and nearly ten years in various positions at CARE USA – including Director of Development for the Chicago Office, Coordinator for Strategic Planning and Special Projects for the Program Division, and Senior Technical Advisor in Human Resources.
She is also a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in London.

Holly Gray
(she/her)
Holly works at WWFUK, partnering with major companies to shift how they act for nature and climate.
Holly joined Force of Nature because she wants to play a role in enabling the knowledge and agency of young people in shaping solutions to the challenges that will affect future generations the most.
When she’s not building partnerships, Holly biggest joy is adventures with her family – day to day this means chasing her two primary-school ages boys around South East Londo where they live and, whenever they can, travelling further afield to explore the world’s natural beauty.

Camilla Tham
(she/her)
Camilla is Head of International Partnerships at the Natural History Museum, London. She currently oversees Generation Hope, the Museum’s first annual public programme convening scientists, international youth climate activists, creatives and others to engage young people with the planetary emergency.
Camilla joined Force of Nature because she wants to help support young people to feel as equipped and motivated as possible to navigate the challenges we currently face in the climate and nature crises.
When's she's not staring at a laptop Camilla loves taking her whippet Scout out for a run, playing tennis and being outside in nature, usually taking macro pictures of moss on her phone, like any other normal person....

Anna Guyer

Anna founded Greenhouse Communications - an environmental communications agency - to bring together a community of like-minded people who feel inspired and passionate about creating change.
Anna has an exemplary track record in helping clients develop powerful communications strategies to ensure they deliver exceptional results, ones that create the changes we all want to see.
Rose Ngugi
(she/her)
Rosie is a diversity, equity and inclusion specialist helping organisations build values-led cultures. She is currently Associate Director of DEI & Culture at Human Rights Watch and previously led inclusion work at Greenpeace UK. Her experience spans culture, campaigns and communities.
Rosie joined Force of Nature because she believes youth leadership is key to driving climate justice that centres the voices of those most affected. She hopes to bring people-centred governance to support Force of Nature’s impact. Based in Brighton, Rosie enjoys time by the sea and getting creative with pottery.
